Administration

Security/Surveillance

(1 FT) Surveillance Operator: The Surveillance Operator is responsible for monitoring all covered casino property to ensure the protection of Delaware Nation Casino Assets through approved procedures in the System of Internal Controls. CLICK HERE for a complete job description.

(2 FT) Security Officer:  As a Security Officer, you are charged with maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and employees while protecting casino property and assets. You do this by being a peaceful, positive presence in the casino at all times while on duty.  Escorting guests and employees to their cars is as much a part of the job as is helping the big money winners haul their earnings out of the casino!

Slots:

(1 FT) Customer Service Representative (CSR): You will be the main source of contact with our guests.  You have to be a friendly face with a willingness to offer help and a smile at all times!  CSR’s do everything from offering a pat on the back when a guest is having a bad day, to showing a new guest around the casino, to getting a guest a coke or coffee and bringing it to them on the floor.  If you really enjoy interacting with all people, this is the job for you!

Cage/Vault:

(2 FT) Cage Cashier:  As Cage Cashier, your main duties are to safeguard the assets of the casino, cashing out guest transactions in an accurate, professional and courteous manner and in accordance with established policies, procedures and gaming regulations.  Basically when folks win – you get the pleasure of cashing out their jackpots!  How fun is that?

Drop Team:

(1 FT) Drop Team Member: To be a member of this team, you have to be a conscientious individual contributor with great attention to detail! You must be an early riser, as your shift will begin at approximately 4:45 am daily - and being late is not an option. Your job consists of pulling the drop from each machine, performing the count and working with team members to ensure that all protocols are followed precisely. This is a physical job requiring much bending and stooping throughout the shift.

Food & Beverage:

(2 FT) Cook: Your job is to prepare and cook meals for our guests and staff that taste great and look good. You are also responsible for maintaining positive guest relations at all times, resolving guest complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction. 

(2 FT) Bartender: Your job will require you to sell and serve beer to customers that are the legal drinking age and to maintain a clean, orderly, and well-stocked bar. You will be required to ensure compliance with legal regulations. 

(1 FT) Dishwasher: Your job is to…wash dishes. It may not be glamorous, but it’s got to be done. It pays well, has excellent benefits and is hugely appreciated by management, staff and guests alike! You are also required to keep the dish room clean and well organized.

  • Please note, our Casinos are NOT smoke free environments.  You must be able to tolerate working in an environment where second hand smoke, loud noises and flashing lights are present.
  • You must be able to pass a background check and receive a gaming license or permit from the Delaware Nation Office of the Gaming Commission as is required to work in gaming operations.
  • You must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test with a negative result.
